Waters Avenue / Anderson Road, Hillsborough County, FL - Bayside was selected by Hillsborough County, under our General Civil Engineering Services contract to finalize plans, prepare bid documents, and perform bid and construction phase services for the Waters Avenue / Anderson Road Median Improvements, ITS and Signalization project.
