Bayside Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1994 by three enterprising engineers who shared a vision of a values-based consulting firm dedicated to providing high-quality services and a work environment in which motivated professionals are supported in doing their best. Still the firm's principals, they are:
| Kimberlee DeBosier, PE — Kim is Bayside's President/CEO and an active leader in professional engineering and community organizations. A consulting engineer since 1977, she has earned numerous public service and peer recognition awards, including Florida Engineer of the Year in 2005. Kim is Chair of the Advisory Board of the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida, Chair of the Transportation Committee of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority, and past President of the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers. She received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from Louisiana State University. Kim is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Louisiana. |

| Robert Dvorak, PE — Robert is Senior Vice President and Director of Bayside's Water Resources Team. Acknowledged and respected as a leading expert in hydraulic/hydrologic surface water modeling, he was previously employed by the Southwest Florida Water Management District and by a large engineering firm as a Water Resources Engineer since beginning his career in 1985. Robert has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Florida, and is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer. |

| Darlene Shuman, PE — Darlene is Bayside's Senior Vice President of Operations who earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida in 1988. A registered Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina, and a Florida-certified General Contractor, Darlene has broad experience in design, permitting and construction of transportation, environmental and land development projects. |
